Welcome to Estrela. These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Estrela online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Products
Estrela offers cleaning products and accessories through its online store. We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, colors, features and images as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur depending on your screen, product updates or manufacturing variations.
2. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, stock problems or other exceptional circumstances.
3. Prices
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
The total amount payable will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. Where applicable, taxes or other charges will be displayed or handled according to applicable regulations.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Estrela does not directly store your complete payment card information.
5. Shipping
Estrela offers free shipping on eligible orders.
Our estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days, regardless of destination. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, local conditions, holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
6. International Orders
We ship to multiple countries worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import restrictions, taxes or duties depending on the destination country. Where such charges apply and are not collected at checkout, they may remain the responsibility of the customer, subject to applicable law.
7. Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 days, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@estrelastar.com with your order information and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.
After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, return or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
9. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Estrela cannot guarantee successful delivery when an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.
10. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you to offer an alternative solution or issue a refund where appropriate.
11. Intellectual Property
The Estrela name, branding, logos, website design, original photographs, graphics and other original content displayed on our website may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Estrela is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Applicable Consumer Rights
Depending on where you live, additional consumer-protection rights may apply to your purchase.
These Terms do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.

The version applicable to your purchase is generally the version in effect when your order is placed, subject to applicable law.
